Cancellation policy
DraftFork — Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 2 June 2026
DraftFork offers its plans as monthly subscriptions. This policy explains how your subscription works and how you can change or cancel it. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.
Subscriptions
When you subscribe to a DraftFork plan, you receive recurring access to your plan's features and its monthly credit allowance. Your subscription is billed monthly, in advance, and your payment details are stored securely by Shopify, our checkout and payments provider. Your subscription automatically renews each month at the then-current price until you cancel. Each renewal refreshes your credits to your plan's monthly allowance; unused credits do not roll over.
Changing or cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation takes effect immediately. You can cancel:
- from your account on draftfork.com; or
- by emailing us at info@draftfork.com— we'll cancel it for you right away.
When you cancel, your subscription ends immediately: you won't be charged again, your plan returns to the free tier, your remaining paid credits are set to zero, and access to paid features ends at once — even if time remained in your billing cycle. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not by itself entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid (see Refunds below).
Refunds
Subscription charges are generally non-refundable, and we don't automatically refund unused time or credits. That said, your satisfaction matters to us: if you're not happy, email us at info@draftfork.com and tell us why. If you haven't used a significant portion of your monthly credits and your request is reasonable, we'll do our best to make it right — which may include issuing a refund. All refunds are considered individually and granted at our sole discretion.
If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, or UK, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase of digital services within 14 days. By subscribing and beginning to use DraftFork (including generating any output or using any credits), you expressly ask us to begin providing the service immediately and acknowledge that you lose this right of withdrawal once the service has begun. Where you have not yet used the service, you may withdraw within 14 days by emailing info@draftfork.com. Nothing in this policy removes any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
Full details of billing, renewal and refunds are in our Terms of Service.
