Refund policy
DraftFork — Refund Policy
Last updated: 2 June 2026
We want you to be genuinely happy with DraftFork. If something isn't right, we'd much rather hear from you and fix it than leave you disappointed. This policy explains how refunds work and how to ask for one. It should be read together with our Terms of Service and Cancellation Policy.
How to request a refund
Just email us at info@draftfork.com and tell us what went wrong. We read every message and aim to reply quickly. The sooner you reach out after a charge, the easier it is for us to help.
When we'll refund you
We don't issue automatic refunds, but in practice we're glad to help. If you're not satisfied with DraftFork and you get in touch, we'll review your request and, in the large majority of cases, we'll make it right — including issuing a refund. This is especially straightforward if you haven't used much of your monthly credits or you contact us soon after being billed. We'd genuinely rather earn your trust than keep a payment that left you unhappy.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Shopify, our payments provider. This usually happens within a few business days of approval, though your bank or card issuer may take a little longer to post it to your account. If a refund we've approved hasn't reached you after 15 business days, email us at info@draftfork.com and we'll chase it up.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time and it takes effect immediately — cancelling stops any future charges. Cancelling on its own isn't a refund of what you've already paid, but you're always welcome to request one using the steps above. For full cancellation details, see our Cancellation Policy.
EU, EEA and UK customers
If you're a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase of digital services within 14 days. By subscribing and beginning to use DraftFork (including generating any output or using any credits), you expressly ask us to begin straight away and accept that you lose this right once the service has started. If you haven't yet used the service, you can withdraw within 14 days by emailing info@draftfork.com. Nothing in this policy affects any mandatory consumer rights you have under your local law.
A note on how we decide
We approach refunds generously and in good faith. That said, refund requests are reviewed individually and approved at our discretion, so this policy doesn't create a guaranteed right to a refund in every case — but we promise to always be fair about it.
